What Fortuna is

Fortuna is the currency of the Fortuna contest. The contest runs every wipe: it starts with the wipe and ends when the wipe ends. The prizes are 100,000 real rubles (10,000 each for places 1–10), donor ranks, tokens, cases and exchange balance, 50 prize places in all.

You can win with just one Fortuna on your balance, but the more Fortuna you have, the better your chances.
